Office 365 account locks / expiring, alerts in spiceworks?

Hi

Does anyone have a script etc that allows me, via a Office 365 admin account, to check for locked accounts and then auto log a helpdesk ticket?

At the same time, I am also looking for some script we can use to email users when their password expires on office 365.
