Good day, spiceheads!
The online SharePoint from Office 365 used to work perfectly. However, MS changed something on how the site works in the past couple of weeks and a key option for our employees has been disabled:
Page > View All Pages > Library > Open With Explorer
The option is intended to map the drive and Explore the files. However, something changed in the last week or two and the whole view has changed.
What has been done:
- Go to Services.msc, set WebClient as Automatic (Started)
- Set Sharepoint.com in compatibility view
- Set Sharepoint.com in Trusted Sites with low security.
The error still shows: "This control is currently disabled."
At this point, I believe it's something simple, like a setting in the site settings.
