This will be a tough one...
We have just finished migrating to Office 365 and everything so far has been great email wise. Unfortunately, I have been having big problems connecting to our on-premise CRM 3.0 server. I know CRM 3.0 isn't compatible (to my knowledge) but I have been told using the CRM 4.0 software CAN work with 3.0. The problem is...I can't seem to figure it out.
I have tried configuring the CRM email router to no avail. I have tried adding our CRM address to the outlook client but keeps stating it's not a valid address. This is a very big concern.
I know I should have saw this coming...I kind of did. It was wishful thinking I could get this ancient CRM to work with such a new Exchange/Outlook. If there is ANY possible way to achieve this or someone who has actually accomplished this, PLEASEEE Help. Thanks a lot.
