Office 365 and MigrationWiz

ok i'm having real issues getting data into office 365 and wanted peoples options about using MigrationWiz so here is ware we stand.

1. all domains have been migrated into 365
2. all user boxes have been created and receiving new mail
3. there are 8 mailboxes 
4. the old sbs2003 box is still onsite but not being used 

is MigrationWiz the best fit for what i'm trying to do ?, also i have tried PST capture and i would rather hit myself in the head with a hammer.
