So I am used to being on a domain where I can restrict computers and users via group policy. Now we have switched to Office 365 I am wondering how everyone monitors the equipment and restricts it.
So to give you an idea of our setup, we currently have 1 head office which is the network, then we have 14 remote office with site-to-site VPNs which have 1 computer in that RDP into head office. The PC's at the remote sites are thin clients and the only thing the user can do is open the RDP. Then when they remote in they are restricted as the other users are at head office via Group Policy and this is fine and works. Now I have Office 365 we are going to be turning off the site-to-site VPNs and using the Office 365 service for everything on the remote site so they are not reliant on head office.
