Skydrive Pro Sync Error Problem

I'm a brand new Office 365 User. I've just noticed that my Skydrive Pro that is connected to my Office 365 Small Business edition has an error. Pls refer to the screen shot attached.

I had some files an folders which were not syncing and there were lots of errors. So I've removed all the files from my Skydrive Folder as well as removed them from the online space.

The default 'Shared with Everyone' folder which was automatically created in my account, is not allowing me to upload files to it. I can't' delete it locally - as soon as I do it reappears again. I can't delete or fix it when I login to the online portal either.

As can be seen in the 2nd screen shot, my Skydrive Upload Center is also empty.

Also, any new folder I create inside the 'root folder have the same red 'x' on them.

Hopefully someone can help me with with is wrong and how I can resolve this, as my Skydrive is completely broken til I fix this.
