So I had a user call me up and frantically tell me all of her contacts were missing. First thing we did was check OWA and sure enough they're 'gone'. I checked deleted items but can't find any record of them. I did some research and found information such as this as well as a few other random suggestions. The interface has changed recently and I can't say I found exactly what was described there. I also went to the delete folder and tried to 'restore deleted items' in case they were deleted and then dumped but no joy.
Only 'symptom' I can include is that the users phone still shows all her business contacts but all her personal contacts are gone. Her Outlook and OWA have no contacts whatsoever.
Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions I can try beyond what I've mentioned?
