Starting last week several of my users on Office 2013 are having to enter their passwords every time they start Outlook. If they access their email through the web interface it works fine. Users on outlook 2010 do not seem to be experiencing this issue.
We are using Office 365 to host our email.
I have tried everything to resolve this issue : recreated their profile, deleted their credentials from Credentials Manager, Changed Autodiscover settings in the registry and a few other fixes found on the inter-web, I have also opened a ticket with MS support a couple of days ago which is going no where.
I'm hoping that someone here may reccomend something I haven't tried before.
