Beginning about a month ago I would get intermittent issues where my Samsung Note 4 would prompt me for my Exchange password as if it had been changed or was incorrect. I thought it was isolated to my device. After asking around, I find others having similar issues on Android and Apple OS devices. One, on an iPhone 5, can no longer connect at all, but is able to connect through Outlook 2010, and OWA. My phone has gotten worse. I may have to re-enter my password several times before it takes, but it will last a couple of hours at the most before bringing up the error again. Sometimes at night, I will leave it after it has given me the prompt and when I wake up and the phone has synced since the last error. The Office 365 help desk will not assist with ActiveSync or mobile issues. Any help would be appreciated.
