Restrict the ability to forward an email in Outlook

We are looking for the ability to restrict users from forwarding emails.  We are using Office 365 E1 plans with Outlook 2010 as the client.  I have seen add in's that can do this or creating custom forms where it adds the "No Forward Option" to the senders email,  but wanted to see if there was a way to do it from the back end in Office 365

Anyone have experience with this or are the only options the add ins?
