Does anyone have a secret or not so secret way of escalating calls with the Office 365 "Support" team?
We have had a case open for 5 days now and no one can fix it.
Techs never call back when they say they will & have no regard for wanting to help.
Ask to talk to a supervisor and wow - they have trouble understanding you.
Ask to escalate and bam - they think they know what the issue is.
Effin hate calling the support line.
