We moved from Lotus Domino Mail Server to fully hosted Microsoft Office 365 back on October 22nd, 2012. Since the migration i have had to contact support at least 20 times. Every call back is from India, and the support never seems to know how to fix anything. Worst of all and takes at least 4 days to even get a basic response. We also started licenses Office 2013 from the service, having nothing but issues, and their only response, no matter what the issue is, is to re install. Just thought i would share this horrible service so others can avoid making the jump.
