Password reset for AD through Office 365

As per title,

I'm curious if there is a way to allow AD accounts to change their password on the Office web app? A 2 way sync so to speak.

There are a number of users that are going to have Mailboxes with us, but not a direct network user. We use Dirsync at the moment and this stops using creating just a standard 365 account with the correct email domain.
