We purchased the O365 suite for our entire campus this year and with it came Lync 2013. We were using AIM for our IM service and decided that since Lync came with O365 and it works on all of our devices, we would just switch and make things easier for everyone. Since installation, we have had nothing but problems. Group messaging just simply does not work? When sent, only a couple of users out of 25 receive anything. Nothing in missed messages and no missed conversation email either. There will be a couple that might get a blank message as if the sender sent nothing at all and then maybe a couple will actually get the message. This issue only happens on PCs, not on our iPads.
