We recently migrated to office 365 E3 and we are having some very annoying problems.
The migration went as follows:
- Prepared office 365 to receive the mailflow (created users,...)
- Shutdown local exchange server
- In a weekend we changed the dns-records to point to the hosted exchange of 365. The status test tells us that this is all OK.
- Because we are planning some major infrastructure changes, we did not use the automated migration tool. Instead, we backup-up every client to pst and imported this after the client was configured with office 365. So yes, our AD is currently not synced with 365. But this was a choice we made for several reasons.
This went all quite smoothly but now there are some problems:
- Users are worried that some external mails are not being received. They say they are not receiving as many mails as before. Does...
