Did a export of the olm file to desktop.
uninstalled old Outlook 2011 for mac and downloaded the O365 Premium for Business Outlook 2011 for mac subscription had the aid of Offie 365 support to do this.
The import process crashed a few time stating that the HD was full so MS Support stated to try again and let it goes as far as you can and then have user delete things off the HD to make room for olm to fully populate.
The Olm file was 7.5 gb finally got the olm imported back to the new office 2011 for mac
told user it may take a few hours to populate.
Next day user says he was trying to find some older email by searching and that he needs this searching of the older emails is very important to user.
