We use Office 365 for our business mail with three accounts and a four shared mail boxes, accessed via web mail and Outlook 2013.
There are three users, two of whom have granted access to all mail boxes, one of which is myself and the boxes open with no issues in Outlook 2013 and always have done. My colleague who is also granted admin rights and uses the same type of laptop as myself has intermittent issues with Outlook 2013 such as some shared boxes not opening, or my mail box not opening up.
I have tried removing rights and reconfiguring outlook but the issues are still there. Not sure if size is an issue as my mail box is around 10GB and if the issues relate to downloading this mail.
Any advise or pointers would be appreciated.
