I have a client that wants to move from a hosted provider email to O365.
I understand the process on how to do this for them but on thing is happening and I am not sure how to deal with or get around?
The hosted provider is not cooperating and wont provide admin right to get in and allow the migration of this companies emails??
Can they do this??
My question is how do i get the emails migrated if I cant get to them ?
out of all 8 users only 2 use outlook on there machine the others use the hosted providers web portal login??
