Office 365 Implementation - Paranoia Check

I'm new to the whole 365 thing, and don't qualify for free fasttrack so I just need someone to look over this and see if my sequencing is right.

Basics - Current email goes via a catchall account, picked up and distributed into 10 accounts via POP3 software. There's 6 users with accounts and 4 shared email accounts picked up using Outlook 2003.

New World! - Email accounts for each user and connection to the 4 shared accounts. Office installed on RDS with automatic authentication so that users can send emails and faxes with ZetaFax and ZetaDocs which access the users' own contacts and the company GAL.

Here's the plan of action:

User Workstations

1. Document and backup all users Outlook setup and PST files, make a note of rules.

2. Remove the installed Office 2003.

3. Clean up workstations with Ccleaner.
