Yesterday most (but not all) of our Public Folders are saying that they are full and have reached capacity.
Well, as you probably know, Microsoft Office 365 is supposed to manage Public Folder Mailboxes automatically (create new ones when one becomes full). The issue we're having is that new Public Folder Mailboxes have been created, but they aren't being USED.

It would appear that it is trying to add new mail to the full "Jetline" Public Folder Mailbox instead of one of the mailboxes which was created when it reached capacity.
We have a support case in with Microsoft, but of course they haven't replied or sent any sort of notification since we submitted our issue yesterday.
