I've just done a trace on some emails that are ending up in peoples junk folder. Within the portal of O365 it gives a status of "Delivered" and no mention of Spam.
They are professional html newsletters being sent from a 3rd party provider. Yes there are links and logos in the newsletter but no spelling mistakes.
Since O365 says delivered can I take it that whitelisting the sending domain in O365 would not make any difference and what I have to do is modify the junk folder settings in Outlook ?
Thanks
