How did you implement Onedrive for Business? Move network shares? Personal?

We're in the midst of moving email to O365, going to run hybrid with my on-premise Ex2013 server.

But we're very interested in having files available in the cloud for users to be able to access remotely, in case of business disaster, blah, blah...

We have a network share (that will finally get cleaned up!) and we intend to sync that to OFB, and that will be the "authoritative" copy of the files.

I've seen other posts here, one in particular, where it was suggested to create a library in Sites for each main folder share currently on the local server. My boss is of the mind to just mirror the current structure into a single library.

And I've seen arguments strongly against putting files in the cloud. Although those arguments were against using the cloud as a backup, IIRC.

So, any ideas, suggestions, gotchas? Anyone implement this, how did it...
