When some emails are deleted from the Outlook (2010) Inbox on the workstation, they aren't being deleted on the iOS devices. (This doesn't happen to all deleted items, just random ones won't go away.)This particular user has a 5GB Deleted Items folder and the iOS devices are set to display unlimited messages. Apple support blames Office 365 and says that it's an IMAP problem. I disagree since O365 portal shows him connecting via ActiveSync 14.1. I've not called MS yet. I feel it's because of the amount of email involved. Removing the email account from the iOS device and letting the email reload resolves the issue...at least until it happens again a month down the road. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
