Exchange Online (Office 365) Curse this wretched service?

I have to tell you - Office 365 has been nothing but headaches for our company. From atrocious RDS support to horrific exchange online latency issues. We've done everything from upgrading hardware to a new 1gig WAN - and nothing helps. Anyone else ready to throw 365 in the trash and look for other options.
