We have been using O365 for a couple of years. This morning Outlook is prompting me for a password but will not accept the password and connect.
What I know:
- Other users are connecting OK with Outlook
- My password has not changed
- I can connect with a web browser
- I can connect with mobile devices
- I have tried to connect with Outlook on 2 different PC's and have the same issue
- No changes to my AD account that I am aware of
Given the fact that only Outlook cannot connect, and that it cannot connect to my account on 2 different PC's, I am leaning towards an AD account issue vs a local configuration issue or an O365 issue.
Anyone seen this behavior?
