We're going to be reselling Office 365 to our customers but we're unsure on how to reap the benefits of reselling.
We've got two Office 365 subscriptions out at the moment, one who purchased through Ingram Micro, and the other we went directly to Microsoft.
In regards to profit, we made our decent profit per seat if we purchase the subscription through a Volume License distributor - such as Ingram Micro. However when it comes to renewing that subscription, it seems like a pain in the neck. Imagine having 100 different 365 subscriptions that needed manually renewing? I don't think anyone can bear to do that...there must be a better way?!
Hence, we looked at the Microsoft Partner reseller agreement, where we receive less profit, but the renewing process is automated. The problem with this is that we're unaware how to...
