Hey guys,
i ran into a problem while using Office 365. Our whole company, worldwide, moved to Office 365 a few month ago.
After this, some persons who are in delegate status to others, experienced huge performance gaps, while accessing the shared calendars. Opening single appointments, need about 30-40sec. to open.
So i started investigation and found out, that the Exchange Cached Mode was already hooked, but there is the possibility additionally activate thedownload forshared folders.
I did activate this, and it seems like working like a charm from now on.
BUT...
The synchronization stopped working, which means, that the person, whose notebook activated the "Download shared folder" option, couldnt see the changes in calendar, made from another client anymore.
This was solved by resyncing the delegation status of affected person, be resetting...
