So I'm at a company that migrated from their internal Exchange to the hosted Office365 for Outlook a little over a year ago before I . Which is normally fine when users are primarilyusing the web app. However users here are heavily dependent on Outlook the application, both Mac & PC.
My biggest pet peeve is anytimea user hasto update their AD password, it rarely relays the update to Office 365. Even when it does Sync that password, many users still can't connect to their Outlook application. So basically something that should take no more that 3-5 minutes can easily turn into a 30 minute ticket.
Call me old school but I miss having my Exchange on site and when I run a script or update a user's password in AD I never had toguess ifit would work for the user.
