Updating old incorrect email display names to current?

So, we just recently migrated from On-Premises Exchange 2003 to Exchange Online.

Due to a snafu in how the O365 mailboxes were precreated (using skykick) they were setup using placeholder display names of a generic format rather than the actual user's name. Once the users' mailboxes finish migrating the display name was then automatically updated to reflect the user's actual name.

The problem is that the first users' mailboxes to migrate up were imported and suddenly all of the internal emails show with that generic display name for any other user who had not yet been migrated. Right now those emails pre-migration look like they're from "username@ domain.com". Postmigrationthey look properly like Firstname LastName.

Are there any powershell cmdlets that can edit email display names, or to force emails to update based on current Global...
